Tonight I took Debbie out for another training run, this time to her parent's house which is 1.4km away.
Since Debbie is setting the pace, it's quite a bit slower than what I need to keep warm, but she's working harder and therefore content (relatively speaking).
As we started, she asked me to carry a small bag to her parent's house. So I did since I wanted her to concentrate on her technique and breathing.
Debbie was enjoying her new running gloves, keeping her little fingers toasty warm without sweating them out, while my boney fingers turned a bluish grey because I don't have running gloves.
When we got to her parent's house, she gave the bag to her mom, who pulled out a pair of GLOVES!
Debbie's hands had gloves on and she had me carry gloves! That's practically a scene from Dumb and Dumber!
Other than that, she did fairly well on the run over and looked great doing it in the colour coordinated running outfit that I bought for her.

OMG . . . we were watching D & D the other night and I had to go to the lottery room to get away from my friend Brenda, who would say the lines 2 seconds before the actors. Drove me freakin' nuts!!
